Through the Clyntech Accelerator Program, startups receive support to develop their Minimum Viable Product, test it with early adopters, and build their capacity to establish their business from marketing, financial, management and operational levels. The Program aims to contribute to job creation and sustainable economic development while advancing the Lebanese entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The Clyntech Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:
- An innovation with scientific or technological focus in the agri-food sector.
- The possibility to scale beyond the local market
- The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally
Scope of work
The Accelerator Program seeks a lawyer to deliver the following requirements:
- One 3-hour workshop addressing the topics of Co-Founder Agreement, and Startup Legal Registration (including the process and the types of legal entities and the evaluation framework for each)
- Two one-on-one sessions for up to 13 startups (total of up to 26 sessions) to assist them on legal matters specific to their startup, such as co-founder agreement preparation and review, legal registration plan, contract review or other as needed. The duration of the session is 45 minutes.
Expected Deliverables
Key Deliverables:
- PowerPoint Presentation for the workshop.
- Co-founder agreement template
- Signed Co-founder agreement for each startup (total of up to 13 agreements)
Qualifications
- Corporate lawyer with more than 8 years of practical experience
- Experience working with early-stage startups
