Legal Counselling & Case Management

• Provide direct legal counselling to beneficiaries on civil, administrative, and criminal matters, including housing, documentation, labor rights, family law, and protection from violence.
• Conduct legal assessments, develop case strategies, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Represent clients before administrative bodies and courts when authorized, in coordination with licensed legal practitioners.

Legal Awareness & Community Outreach

• Facilitate legal awareness sessions for communities on rights, procedures, and available remedies.
• Support outreach teams in identifying legal needs and referring cases for specialized support.
• Contribute to the development of legal information materials tailored to vulnerable groups.

Coordination & Referral

• Coordinate with protection actors, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic support to beneficiaries.
• Maintain updated referral pathways and collaborate with legal aid networks, bar associations, and public institutions.
• Ensure safe and confidential handling of sensitive legal cases, especially those involving gender-based violence or child protection.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate case files, legal documentation, and beneficiary records in line with data protection standards.
• Contribute to donor reports, legal assessments, and protection analysis.
• Monitor trends in legal needs and contribute to advocacy efforts for improved access to justice.
