Membership Trainer

1. Objective of the Assignment
The primary objective of this assignment is to design and deliver a Membership training to targeted women participants. The training session will focus on the goals, mission, and strategy of the Association as they relate to women’s rights. It aims to enhance participants’ understanding of the organization’s vision and objectives, and to strengthen their engagement as active members.
Additionally, the training must cover in depth the internal regulations and the code of conduct of RDFL.

 

2. Scope of Work
The Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Developing training content aligned with RDFL’s mission, with a strong focus on the organization's goals, strategy, and women's rights.
  • Integrating detailed sessions on RDFL’s internal regulations and code of conduct, ensuring participants understand their rights, responsibilities, and ethical standards.
  • Supporting participants during and after training to reinforce understanding.
  • Documenting the process and providing a summary report including outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.

 

3. Deliverables

  • Training Sessions: One full session cycle delivered.
  • Detailed Report: A final report summarizing the training process, outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations for future capacity building.

 

4. Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)
The ideal candidate should have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the establishment of the organization, its mission, goals, and strategic vision.
  • In-depth understanding of RDFL’s internal regulations and code of conduct, with the ability to effectively integrate these topics into training content.
  • Strong understanding of gender issues and women’s empowerment.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training sessions, particularly on organizational development, membership engagement, or women’s rights.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content to the learning needs of women participants.
