Political Debate Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver debate training modules adapted to the Lebanese political context.
• Conduct practical simulations and mock debates to enhance performance.
• Strengthen participants’ argumentation, listening, and rebuttal skills.
• Provide one-on-one coaching on body language, tone, and message clarity.
• Offer feedback and mentorship throughout the training cycle.
• Contribute to post-training assessments and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public speaking, political communication, or media coaching.
• Proven record of facilitating debates, moderating panels, or training candidates.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese politics, electoral debates, and gender dynamics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Arabic; English or French is a plus.
