Request for Quotation (RFQ): Supply of Assistive Devices – 2025

The Lebanese Union for People with Physical Disabilities (LUPD) is a national non-governmental organization that advocates for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities across Lebanon. LUPD seeks to provide assistive devices to enhance accessibility and independence for beneficiaries.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to provide competitive offers from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of assistive devices as detailed in the attached RFQ form. All specifications and required quantities are listed within the form.

2. Scope of Work

The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for:

·      Providing assistive devices according to the required specifications and standards.

·       Delivering items to LUPD-designated locations across Lebanon, including (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Bekaa,
Baalbeck, Shouf Area).

·       Ensuring product quality and compliance with LUPD requirements.

·       Maintaining fixed prices for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of contract signing.

3. Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their
quotations in English or Arabic, using the attached RFQ form. The form must be
filled, stamped, signed, and scanned before submission.
All offers must be submitted via email to: procurement@lupd-lb.com no later
than 15 November 2025.

4. Financial Offer Requirements

Each financial offer must include the following details:
1. Supplier and Manager Name (as per registration certificate – شهادة التسجيل /
الإذاعة التجارية)
2. Company Address
3. Phone Number and Contact Person
4. Total Price including 11% VAT
5. Discount Offered (if applicable)
6. Quotation Validity (minimum one month)
7. Payment Terms
8. Legal Portfolio (شهادة التسجيل / الإذاعة التجارية / الرقم المالي / شهادة الـ
TVA)
9. Detailed Price List (item description, unit and size, unit price, total
price)
10. Delivery Fees, if applicable, to each designated area (Beirut,
Bekaa/Baalbeck, Shouf).

5. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Compliance with required specifications and documentation.
- Competitive and reasonable pricing.
- Delivery capacity and lead time.
- Valid legal registration and documentation.
- Previous experience in supplying similar items (if applicable).

6. Validity and Conditions

All quotations must remain valid for at least one (1) month
from the submission deadline.
In case of selection, the supplier must agree to maintain the quoted prices for
a minimum of six (6) months following contract signature.
LUPD reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, or to cancel the
procurement process at any time, without assigning any reason.
