LOST, on behalf of MPDL (Movimiento por la Paz – MPDL), is soliciting quotations for the “Implementation Agreement for Unconditional Cash Transfers in Lebanon.”

1. General remarks and special condition: the offer, must be as per the attached TOR, sound, fair, and of merchantable quality.

2. Prices: All offered prices must only be indicated in US Dollars. Quotations stated in other currencies will not be considered during the awarding process. Prices must include transportation, and value-added Tax (VAT).

4. Conditions for submission:  only the Service provider that got:

Company license registration, commercial register, commercial broadcasting, certificate of registration with the Ministry of Finance, certificate of registration with Value added Tax (VAT) if applicable, and Fresh bank account(Holder Name: Company Name) are allowed to participate in the tender.

5. Deadline for submitting the bids: Monday, 10/11/2025 COB. Bidders to send their proposals to the following email:

-Company Official documents along with bank detials.
