Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programme’s activities, tasks, and workflows among team members and stakeholders within the defined scope.
- Monitor programme’s progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop activities process including the design, action plan, timeline, staffing needs, logistics, and others.
- Act as the focal point of the programme to manage and process programme’s requests with the related team members.
- Manage programme’s requirements supervising a direct team and in coordination with concerned departments including planning, execution, follow up, mobilization of team members, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure the development of proper processes, support tools and coaching required to support the team in successfully leading on their tasks, supporting them in problem solving, proactivity, constructive feedback and learning when applicable.
- Conduct weekly and monthly briefings, review, and support meetings with the programme’s team.
- Maintain and manage relationships with programme’s stakeholders including follow up with partners, beneficiaries and donors to understand project requirements, liaise for projects implementation and grow the scope of opportunities in the field.
- Produce reporting on the progress and status of the programme ensuring that issues are escalated and managed as required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive programme documentation.
- Ensure programme’s deadlines are met
- Liaise with external partners, contractors, and consultants as needed to achieve programme’s objectives.
- Represent RMF team at meetings and conferences as needed
- Develop and implement project communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Assess and manage programme’s risks, developing mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative programme’s team environment, promoting teamwork and a sense of shared purpose.
- Perform additional tasks as needed and requested by the programme manager, including support of other RMF projects.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of logistics coordination and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of the team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including competency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and schedules.
- Capability to provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to optimize performance and achieve program objectives.
