RFQ-2025-LHF-003 – Call of Tender for the provision of Food Parcels in Karantina - Beirut Area

Farah Social Foundation (FSF) is seeking to establish a Fixed Price Purchase Agreement with a reputable and qualified company for the supply of Food Parcels. These parcels will be distributed in the Beirut area, with a total required quantity of 1,518 parcels.

How to Apply

All interested applicants can submit their quotations in sealed envelopes including the Tender Document signed and stamped to Farah Social Foundation office:

 

1.TENDER DOCUMENTS:

If you are interested in submitting a bid, please Download the PDF template attached to this call of Tender, fill the needed Information and provide the filled, stamped and signed Tender documents in hard copies along with the additional documents and sample of the Food Parcel (as highlighted below) to our office located in: Clemenceau, Maksik Street, Total building, 4th floor:

2.  TENDER PROCESS:  

All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in two sealed envelopes: Technical and Financial (as detailed below), along with a sample of the Food Parcel.


3. TENDER DOCUMENTS:

The Supplier shall complete and submit the following documents:

3.1 FINANCIAL ENVELOP: (Sealed and stamped):

  • Filled RFQ (Request for Quotation) Prices and information to be filled in the cells highlighted in yellow – RFQ to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Bank Verification Letter: To confirm the business bank account details. It should be issued in 2025, stamped and signed by the bank.
  • Copy of a commercial registration Certificate: Showing the business License
  • Copy of Commercial Circular (اذاعة تجارية(: stating the name and signature of the legal representative - validated in 2025.
  • Copy of the MoF (Ministry of Finance) registration certificate
  • Copy of the VAT registration certificate (if available)
  • ID of the Legal representative
  • Delegation of authority or power of attorney (In case the Legal representative is not the owner)

3.2 TECHNICAL ENVELOP: (Sealed and stamped):

  • Code of Conduct form (available in PDF) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • PSEA form (available in PDF) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Technical specification Form (available in PDF) - to be filled, signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Reference sheet (Proof of previous experience in similar agreements or tenders)

3.3 FOOD PARCEL SAMPLE:

  • Physical Samples for all the requested items, to be exactly aligned with the requested specifications.

 

4. CLOSING DATE: 

Deadline for bids submission is 5th of November 2025 at 1:00 P.M. Beirut Time.

All bids submitted after this deadline will be rejected. 

 

Please take into consideration the following:

  • Carefully read the RFQ dossier and its annexes. 
  • Clearly mark the envelops (Envelope 1. Financial & Envelope 2. Technical) both sealed, signed and stamped. Please add the name of the company on all envelops.
  • Sample of Food Parcel to be sealed. Please add the name of the company on the Box.
  •  All items included in the Food Parcels are should be made in Lebanon.
  • The expiry date of all items should be clearly indicated and shall not be earlier than May 2026. Offers that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
