ADJI – Call for Tender Supply of Diesel Oil type EN 590 for Generators and Heaters in winter

1. Introduction

ADJI invites qualified and licensed fuel suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of Diesel Oil Type EN 590 to the ADJI Building in Abu Samra, Tripoli – North Lebanon. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

2. Scope of Supply

Fuel Type: Diesel Oil
Average Consumption: Approximately 15,000 liters per month, delivered in three separate loads.
Total Annual Quantity: Estimated between 180,000 and 200,000 liters per year.
Delivery Location: ADJI Building, Abu Samra – Tripoli, Lebanon
Purpose: For use in generators and building heating systems.

3. Pricing and Reference Table

The pricing of Diesel Oil shall be based on the official weekly reference price list issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water, expressed in USD per 1,000 liters.

Each supplier must clearly indicate in their offer the amount in U.S. dollars (USD) that will be added per 1,000 liters to the ministry’s reference price to determine the final price payable by ADJI.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Currency: U.S. Dollars (USD)
Payment Method: Bank transfer, bank letter, or cheque (cash payments are not accepted)
Payment Term: Within 15 days from the date of invoice or final delivery acceptance.
