Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain HR records, attendance logs, and performance tracking sheets.
Coordinate communication between departments and tutors.
Assist with HR reports, evaluation forms, and probation tracking.
Help organize internal meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR documentation.
Based in Beirut and available for full-time onsite work.
