The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) invites well established and experienced service providers duly registered and licensed with the government of Lebanon to provide TAXI SERVICES for the establishment of frame agreement for one (1) year period with possibility of extension for another one (1) year (referred to hereinafter as “Services”) for UNHCR Lebanon.
The estimated comprehensive annual expenditure on taxi services for UNHCR, is estimated at USD 48,000.00. Please note that this figure may change upward or downward depending upon actual requirement.

All bids must be submitted latest by 20 November 2025, 23:59 Hrs (Lebanon local time) or earlier by e-mail in duly signed and stamped PDF format to lebbesup@unhcr.org.
Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 10 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
