Peace of Art Organization (POA) is launching this tender to procure 3-Point LED Light Kit under the Weaving Resilience Project that meet the specifications listed below.

Required Specifications

Two (2) LED Soft Light Panels – Model Equivalent to LB5

Specifications:

• Technology: High-quality LED soft panel
• Light Output: Bright, evenly diffused illumination
• Color Temperature: Adjustable (bi-color preferred, approx. 3200K–5600K)
• Dimming Range: 0%–100% smooth dimming
• CRI/TLCI: Minimum 95+ for accurate color rendering
• Build: Lightweight, durable housing suitable for studio and field use
• Power Options: AC power adapter + optional battery compatibility (V-mount or NP-F preferred)
• Controls: On-board menu control + optional remote control capability
• Mounting: Standard light stand mount

One (1) Fresnel LED Light – Model Equivalent to SFB150

Specifications:

• Power Output: Approx. 150W (or equivalent high-intensity LED)
• Lighting Type: Focusable Fresnel LED
• Beam Angle: Adjustable (spot to flood)
• Color Temperature: 5600K or bi-color option preferred

• Cooling System: Quiet, efficient cooling suitable for recording environments
• Mounting: Standard light stand mount
• Accessories: Barndoors or lens modifier for controlled beam shaping

Quantity: 

Two (2) complete lighting kits, each containing:

• 2× LB5-equivalent LED soft panels
• 1× SFB150-equivalent Fresnel light
• Full accessories (stands, cables, cases, etc.)

Accessories Required (per set)

Each lighting kit must include:

• 3 adjustable light stands (one for each light)
• Power adapters/cables for all units
• Carrying case or bag suitable for transporting the full kit
• Diffusers (built-in or detachable) for soft panels
• Barndoors for the Fresnel light (if applicable)

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery Location: AL Ain – Se’it Matrfe Street – Peace of Art Center – Baalbeck.
• Delivery Deadline: within 15 days from Purchase Order issuance

• All delivery costs must be included in the quotation.
• If the supplier does not provide delivery service, this must be clearly stated in the quotation.

• All materials must be inspected and verified by POA staff upon delivery before final acceptance.

Pricing:

• Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
• Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.

Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

• Company License Registration (Obligatory)
• Commercial Registration (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
• Include brand, model, warranty period, and delivery time in your offer.
