Peace Labs is producing three protocols designed to strengthen skills and practices in dialogue and communication within community, organizational, and cross-cultural contexts:

1- Dialogue methodology (50 pages) English Version _ design the layout and graphics 

2- Dialogue methodology (50 pages) Arabic Version _ design the layout and graphics

3- Communication Protocol #1 (60 pages) (English Version)_ design the layout and graphics 

4- Communication Protocol #1 (60 pages) (Arabic Version)_ design the layout and graphics

5- Communication Protocol #2 (50 pages) (Englsih Version)_ design the layout and graphics 

6- Communication Protocol #2 (50 pages) (Arabic Version)_ design the layout and graphics

7- Design of 3 pagers factsheet_ Total number of factsheets 4_ Total number of pages 12

8- Design of 8 roll-up banners_ 4 in Arabic and 4 in English

9- Design of 15 infographics for the abovementioned documents 

Protocol 3: Communication (external & public engagement)

All documents are available in word document with no design_ Designer will have to work with PL team to break down the documents and to agree on the layout of each document. to take into account the number of hours spent organizing the documents before starting

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in educational or development contexts.

Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong track record in publication layout design and infographic creation.

Experience working on content related to dialogue, communication, or social development is an asset.

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
