1. Background

LADE is conducting a public outreach initiative to present the key findings of three research papers related to municipal work and local governance in Lebanon. The research covers critical themes in municipal performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. As part of this initiative, the organization seeks to transform the findings of these technical research papers into accessible and engaging video content that can reach a wide and diverse audience, including municipal actors, civil society, and the general public.

These videos will serve as knowledge-sharing tools to simplify complex data, highlight major insights, and encourage public understanding and discussion.

2. Objective

The objective of this assignment is to engage a professional videographer or video production team to produce three high-quality, engaging videos, each summarizing the findings of one research paper. The videos must simplify technical information into clear, visually appealing, and easily understandable content suitable for dissemination on social media.

3. Scope of Work

The selected videographer will be responsible for the full production cycle of three videos. Responsibilities include:

• Developing a creative concept, script, and storyboard for each video based on the findings.
• Proposing visual styles that ensure clarity, engagement, and accessibility.
• Producing three videos (one per research paper) using a mix of motion graphics, infographics, animation, and/or filmed footage, depending on the agreed concept.
• Ensuring the final videos are visually appealing, clear, and aligned with the organization’s branding guidelines.

4. Deliverables

The videographer is expected to deliver:

• Three approved storyboards (one per research paper).
• Three final videos, each approximately 2 minutes in length (flexibility possible based on content needs).
• Optimized video files for social media.
