- Leads, and supports the development, performance and direction of the treasury and cash team.
- Handles the Safe Key as per the Internal Procedure.
- Oversees and follows up on the Central Fund’s safes in terms of withdrawals and deposits of amounts in the presence of the cashier.
- Works on an inventory of the safes in coordination with the cashier.
- Executes bank transfer and withdrawal requests and transferring supplier payments upon request.
- Prepares transfer requests, withdrawals, and purchasing dollars, and closing telephone advances.
- Assists in closing the financial year
- Settles and clears the list of suppliers upon request from Accounting Manager.
- Provides statements from banks detailing the association’s accounts upon request (UNICEF, Ministry of Education, Property Department, etc.).
- Provides copies of official association papers, and bank papers upon request.
- Prepares the property tax annually, declares it, and prepares the payment from the bank.
- Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of work and any information he obtains through his job.
