Call for Participation – Livelihood Support Program for Women in North Lebanon, Akkar, and Mount Lebanon
Acted is launching a comprehensive training and support program targeting 70 women to empower them in developing sustainable sources of income through:
Azolla Production Track
An eco-friendly alternative poultry feed
Dedicated to 35 women who have existing poultry projects or small home-based poultry activities.
Mushroom Cultivation Track
Dedicated to 35 women who have suitable household space to start a profitable home-based activity.
What does the program offer?
- Practical, hands-on training on Azolla production or mushroom cultivation
- Training in financial literacy and small business management
- A complete toolkit including all materials and equipment needed to start
- Field supervision and continuous support from the Acted team

Participation Criteria:
- Applicant must be a woman residing in North Lebanon, Akkar, or Mount Lebanon
