Multimedia Producer / Videographer - Interviews & Social Media

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Multimedia Producer / Videographer to join our interview team. The role involves visiting interview subjects alongside our journalist, filming interviews, and handling all technical aspects of production — from setup to publication.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on visual storyteller, who can manage the entire production cycle, including:

• Planning and setting up shoots (camera, lighting, and sound)
• Filming on location
• Editing videos for social media platforms
• Managing post-production (color, sound, graphics, subtitles)
• Uploading and publishing finished content

Requirements

•  Proven experience in video production, filming, and editing
•  Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
•  Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and sound recording
•  Ability to work efficiently in the field and meet deadlines
•  Excellent teamwork and communication skills
•  Reliable and organized, with attention to visual and technical detail
