Job Opportunity: Outreach & Recruitment Officer - Bekaa
A reputable NGO is seeking a motivated Outreach & Recruitment Officer to support its recruitment processes and community outreach activities. This role combines office-based responsibilities with frequent field engagement and plays a vital part in strengthening the organization’s connection with beneficiaries and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring teams.
– Plan, execute, and report on outreach activities to engage communities, promote program visibility, and support field operations.
– Conduct regular field visits to meet beneficiaries, follow up on activities, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
– Perform office-based tasks including documentation, reporting, data entry, and coordination with internal units.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, or community engagement.
– Must own a car and be willing to conduct frequent field visits.
– Must reside in or near Chtaura to ensure effective coverage of target areas.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
