Call for Supply & Delivery of Protein, Raw Material, and Packaging

SBT is launching this open tender to solicit competitive offers for:

“Supply and Delivery of Protein, Raw Material And Packaging For 2months”

Under 3 Lots:

  • Lot 1: Protein (The Approximate Quantity is around 300KG Per Week)
  • Lot 2: Raw Material (Is For 331 Hot Meals A Day)
  • Lot 3: Packaging (Is For 331 Hot Meals A Day)

Please indicate clearly which lot(s) and/or item(s) you are bidding for. Suppliers may apply for one lot, multiple lots, or all lots

Tenderers must comply fully with the instructions, conditions, forms, and requirements of this TOR.
Failure to submit a complete and compliant offer will lead to disqualification.

Any tender submitted after the deadline will be disqualified and automatically rejected.

How to Apply

Eligibility & Participation

Participation is open to all legally registered Lebanese companies meeting the following:

  • Valid commercial registration
  • Fresh bank account under company name
  • Ability to deliver items as per specifications
  • Not blacklisted by UN, EU, or OFAC
  • Compliance with humanitarian ethical standards

Subcontracting is not permitted unless officially approved in writing by SBT.

5. Language of the Tender

All documentation can be submitted in English or Arabic.

 

6. Content of Tenders

Tenders must include all forms and documentation listed under Part C - Submission Part.

Incomplete tenders are automatically disqualified.

7. Offer Validity

Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the deadline of submission.

8. Submission of Tenders (Double Envelope System)

Tenderers must submit:

Envelope A - Technical Offer

Includes Appendix A to I

Envelope B - Financial Offer

Includes Appendix J

Both envelopes must be sealed and submitted inside one large outer envelope.

A signed and stamped receipt will be provided.

Late submissions are not accepted.

9. Currency

All prices must be in USD and must include:

  • Delivery
  • Loading/Unloading
  • Applicable taxes

No extra charges will be accepted after submission.

10. Cost of Preparing Offers

SBT does not reimburse any costs related to preparing or submitting the tender.
