ITCG is a specialized Training and Consulting Group providing professional capacity-building programs and organizational consulting services across various sectors. As part of its consulting portfolio, ITCG offers ISO certification support services for companies, factories, restaurants, schools, NGOs, and institutions. The company is now seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to expand its operations across Lebanon
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits to companies, factories, restaurants, schools, and institutions.
• Promote ISO certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate ISO standards.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial offers and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical and auditing teams inside the company.
• Submit daily/weekly reporting on field activities.
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B or field sales.
• Basic understanding of quality management or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Professional, confident, and energetic personality.
Education Background (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Business Administration
• Industrial Engineering
• Food Safety / Environmental Engineering
• Occupational Safety
• Any field combined with strong sales experience
