Request for Quotation “Olive Tree Supplier – TOR”

Suppliers are requested to submit a quotation that includes:
 Healthy, disease-free olive tree saplings
o Varieties: Souri, Baladi, or other dual-purpose varieties suitable for both oil
production and table consumption
o Size: Approximately 2 meters in height
o Age: Typically 1–2 years old (or specify available alternatives)
 Quantity: Up to 200 olive baby trees
 Planting location: Baalbek, Bekaah, Mt Lebanon, Jbeil
 Capacity to hold the saplings for up to 3 months until the planting schedule.
 Delivery period: November 28, 2025 (Friday) for some saplings
 Mandatory replacement of any damaged saplings at the time of delivery
 Transportation requirement:
o Suppliers must include the delivery/transportation cost in their quotation if
applicable

Additional Requirement – Sapling Options and Pricing
Suppliers must provide:
 A list of all available olive sapling varieties, clearly indicating suitability for:
o Oil production
o Table consumption
o Dual-purpose (preferred)
 Unit prices for each available variety
 Bulk price options (if available)

 Any discounts for purchasing up to 200 trees
Quotation Must Include
 Signed and stamped financial quotation
 Prices for all available sapling varieties
 Delivery/transportation cost (if required)
 Detailed specifications (variety, height, age, suitability, condition)
 Delivery timeline
 Company legal registration documents (MOF mandatory; VAT if applicable)
 

Safeguarding & Code of Conduct Compliance

ADRA Lebanon maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of exploitation, abuse, harassment, or discrimination. By submitting a quotation, all suppliers acknowledge and agree to adhere to ADRA’s Safeguarding Policy, including the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH). Suppliers must ensure that all staff involved in the delivery, handling, transportation, or storage of the saplings uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.

ADRA Lebanon reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or terminate any contract if safeguarding concerns arise or if the supplier fails to comply with ADRA’s Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
