BLN teacher

Works with learners aged between 8 and 14 years old.

Engages learners in a variety of activities that are developmentally appropriate and caters for each child’s needs and well-being.

Plans, prepares, and implements lesson plans and instructional materials.

Provides age-appropriate supervision and discipline.

Maintains a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for the learners.

Addresses cultural and special needs.

Regularly records learners’ attendance, progress and other relevant data on available platform.

Attends required trainings and workshops

Attends meetings with the education team when needed.
