How to Apply
Electronic Submission via Email:

- Clearly label all attached documents.
- Do not copy any other SCI email addresses; doing so will invalidate the bid.
Paper Submission:
- Submit one hard copy on headed paper to either:
- SCI Office, Hazmieh, Pichet Street, SCI Building, or
- EAO Office, Zahle (near Mar Charbel Church, behind Rihab Resort)
- Bids must be in a single sealed envelope addressed to the Supply Chain Department – LHO or EAO.
- The envelope should clearly state the reference number ITT/FWA/EAO/2025/162 only (no bidder details).
- All supporting documents should be labelled and grouped together inside the sealed envelope.
Closing Date for Submission:
No later than 15:00 on 04/12/2025
Bids must remain valid for at least 60 days.
