Anti-Racism Movement (ARM) - Call of Interest (for food and non-food) – Request for Quotations (RFQ)

Dear Service Providers,

ARM is inviting qualified and reputable service providers to submit quotations for the supply of goods and services in the following categories:

1. IT, Electronics, and Telecommunications
2. Printing and Photocopying Services
3. Non-Food Items (NFIs): Food Containers, hygiene and cleaning products, etc.
4. Food Items: Snacks, coffee, tea, and similar products
5. Stationery
6. Office Furniture

Mandatory Documents Required

Interested service providers must submit the following documents along with their quotation:

1. Documents of incorporation
2. Certificate of registration
3. Letter from the Bank confirming service provider’s bank account information
4. Copy of ID Card or Passport of the service provider legal representative
5. MOF Registration and/or  VAT Certificate if applicable
6. Power of Attorney (if the legal representative is not the owner)
7. Official quotation that includes the items that the service provider is interested in providing mentioned in the annexed doc

Each application must include the following information:

• Legal Representative: Name & Surname
• Official Representative Position
• Service Provider’s Full Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Geographic Area Coverage
• Website (if applicable)
• Operating Hours/Days
