- Act as the primary focal point for any operational, logistical, or programmatic issues at the center.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities, including lessons, workshops, and other programs.
- Oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring smooth daily activities.
- Conduct educational sessions for students on a regular basis.
- Ensure staff adhere to project guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the center is well-organized, clean, and conducive to learning and engagement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to students as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and visual aids.
- Assist in data collection and data entry regarding beneficiary and community needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Assist in the outreach and assessment process.
- Ensure all required pre and posttest are conducted.
- Follow up, track and report on the referral of children.
- Report on challenges encountered, good practices, and recommendations for the program.
- Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members to ensure the smooth running of programs.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.
