The facilitator will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting Computer Programming courses.
1. To develop and deliver course plans as coordinated with the supervisor.
2. To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress reports, adhering to quality standards.
3. To cooperate and to work closely with other facilitators to improve delivery and ensure a smooth work process.
4. To Track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare backup plans for students facing challenges and dropouts.
5. To prepare
worksheets and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.
6. To support in promoting for the youth program through outreach activities.
7. Develop weekly/monthly testing and learning materials in coordination with Youth officer.
8. Ensure that all IT labs are functional (software, hardware).
Qualifications Required (ex., skills, gender, age, any other restrictions)
Requirements
Previous experience in the IT field, especially basic computer skills courses for at least two years, holds an IT certificate (ICDL
certificate is a plus). Preferably, previous experience in IT-relevant training and youth programs.
Ideal candidate
· Very good communication skills.
· Experience working with youth education programs, youth between 16-30 years old.
· Problem-solving and planning skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level a minimum)
· Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office (intermediate level
