Berytech invites proposals from accredited and experienced audit firms to perform the annual audit of the WE4F Bridge project, funded by Sida, covering the financial period from 1 March 2025 to 30 November 2025.
The audit shall be executed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)—specifically ISA 800/805—and will assess whether the project’s financial report is consistent with Berytech’s accounting records and Sida’s financial reporting requirements.
In addition to the financial audit, the selected auditor will carry out a separate assignment in line with International Standards on Related Services (ISRS) 4400 (Revised). This includes reviewing the structure of the financial report, salary documentation, tax compliance, exchange rate disclosures, fund balances, and—when applicable—verification and follow-up of funds forwarded to implementing partners.
The auditor must deliver:
- An independent auditor’s report following ISA 800/805
- A Management Letter outlining findings, risk classification, and recommendations
- An Agreed-Upon Procedures Report in line with ISRS 4400 (Revised)
Only independent, qualified audit firms meeting international standards are invited to apply.
Interested and qualified audit firms are invited to submit both a technical and financial proposal by email to procurement@berytech.org no later than 24 December 2025 (COB). Proposals should clearly outline the firm’s methodology, relevant experience, team composition, timeline, and detailed costing.
All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Call for Proposal must be submitted by email to procurement@berytech.org no later than 10 December 2025 (COB). Incomplete or late submissions may not be considered.
