RMF is currently launching a Tender for Carob Consultant as part of the implementation of the “Expanding Carob Production in Batroun” intervention, under the IRUSA-funded PROSPER program.
This project aims to reinforce carob cultivation as a resilient, environmentally-sustainable, high-yield crop in Batroun region and build capacity of local farmers in modern cultivation practices, agroforestry, and value chain management. This will be done by outreaching and engaging economically disadvantages farmers that own cultivable lands.
This consultancy aims to strengthen the carob cultivation in Batroun, North Lebanon, by building the capacity of at least 80 farmers in the area. It will enhance modern cultivation practices, agroforestry, and value chain management.
