LTA for Hotel Accommodation/Venue Rent/Refreshments Damascus-Syria

1. Goal and Objectives of Assignment
Search is seeking for a Long term agreement with a Hotel in Syria-Damascus  where all international and national visitors can accommodate throughout the year 

2. Geographic Locations

Damascus, Syria 

3. Ethical Considerations

The contracted party shall take into consideration all factors to ensure that the work is done in a conflict sensitive manner and that no harm is done while implementing the activity. This includes social, security, safety, environmental, economic, and gender-related factors.

 4. Timeline 

From January 2026 till June 2026

5. Requirements of Hotel:

-Standard Single room with Breakfast for one Foreign person 

-Standard Single room with Breakfast for one Syrian national .

-Standard Double room with Breakfast for two Foreign persons. 

-Standard Double room with Breakfast for two Syrian nationals.

-Venue rent per day including flipchart ,Projector or tv 

- Coffee Break per person 

-Lunch Fees per person

-Dinner Fees per person 

-Water Bottle 

- Wireless internet is required

-Tea and coffee fees (if applicable)

-Access to all facilities regulations (if applicable) ( Gym , Spa , Pool…)

- Parking fees
