Through this call for expressions of interest, the AICS Beirut Office, acting as the Contracting Authority, intends to identify economic operators to be invited to a subsequent competitive negotiated procedure for the provision of consultancy services to prepare:

• two Feasibility Studies, and
• two Business Plans

for two public TVET centres in Beirut under the project “Strengthening the Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET) system of the Ministry of Education in Lebanon” (AID 012917), in close coordination with the Directorate General of Technical and Vocational Education.
