This consultancy seeks to recruit an external consultant to facilitate 4 group discussion sessions in 4 areas (Choueifat, Muhammara, Saida, and Qab Elias), engaging 20 young people per area, with the aim to identify the root causes of conflict and tensions and to explore potential solutions and initiatives that can contribute to social cohesion. The outcomes of these discussions will directly guide the design and planning of community projects by the youth core team that address the identified issues and foster positive change in each community.
The awarded consultant shall ensure that the sessions are participatory, inclusive, and culturally sensitive, promoting active youth engagement and mutual understanding among participants.
The awarded consultant shall demonstrate the ability to perform services during weekends, if required by the project schedule.
