Tender for Transportation services, Drivers, Car Rental, and Casual Labors RFQ-FA01-02 مناقصة لخدمات النقل, السائقين, ايجار السيارات وعمال مياومين

يجب ان تكون المستندات والشروط التالية موضوعة ضمن ظرف مختوم وهي:

• الملحق A - الملحق الفني - مكتمل، مختوم، ومقدّم من قبل الشركة.
• الملحق B -العرض المالي- مكتمل، مختوم، ومقدّم من قبل الشركة.
• المحلق C – اثبات مسؤولية - مكتمل، مختوم، ومقدّم من قبل الشركة.
• يجب قراءة طلب عرض السعر بعناية والتقيّد بجميع بنوده. كما يجب أن يكون موقَّعًا ومختومًا من قِبل المورّد.
• يجب على الشركة المورِّدة تأكيد استيفاء جميع المواصفات الفنية المطلوبة والواردة في الملحق (A) للخدمات المتوفّرة لديه. ويُعدّ قيام المورِّد بختم الملحق (A) دون تقديم أي ملاحظات أو تحفظات خطّية ومحددة بمثابة قبول كامل ونهائي لجميع المواصفات الواردة فيه.
• في حال طلب دفعة مقدّمة، يُرجى توضيح ذلك ضمن عرض السعر  الملحق B، حيث سيتم أخذ هذا العامل بعين الاعتبار ضمن معايير التقييم.
• يجب أن يتم تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً للمواصفات والمعايير الفنية المطلوبة.
• يجب أن تكون الشركة المورِّدة مرخّصة ترخيصًا قانونيًا وساري المفعول داخل الجمهورية اللبنانية، وحائزة على رقم مالي. كما تلتزم بتقديم جميع المستندات الرسمية التي تُثبت ذلك، بما في ذلك الإذاعة التجارية والسجل التجاري. وفي حال كانت خاضعة لضريبة القيمة المضافة أو تقوم باستيفائها، يجب إبراز رقم الضريبة على القيمة المضافة (VAT) وإثبات التسجيل لدى الإدارة الضريبية المختصّة.
• تُعدّ الأعداد الواردة أدناه تقديرية وقابلة للتغيير بحسب الاحتياجات التشغيلية خلال فترة التنفيذ، وذلك على النحو التالي:

1. ما يقارب 500  عامل مياوم خلال فترة 12 شهرًا.
2. ما يقارب 15  مركبة خلال فترة 12 شهرًا.
3. ما يقارب  5 سائقين خلال فترة 12 شهرًا.
4. ما يقارب  200 عملية نقل خلال فترة 12 شهرًا.

The following documents and conditions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope:

• Annex A - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS - completed, stamped, and submitted by the company.
• Annex B – Financial Offer- completed, stamped, and submitted by the company.
• Annex C – Proof of Liability - completed, signed, and submitted by the company.
• Suppliers must ensure that any required information written on the envelope is placed on the sealed and stamped side, so that all details and the official stamp remain visible on one side.
• The supplier company must confirm compliance with all required technical specifications set out in Annex (A) for the services he provides. Furthermore, the supplier’s stamping of Annex (A) without submitting any specific written comments or reservations shall be deemed full and final acceptance of all specifications contained therein.
• In case an advance payment is requested, please clearly indicate it in the price offer Annex B, as it will be considered as part of the evaluation criteria.
•  All work must be carried out in accordance with the required specifications and technical standards
• The supplier company must hold a valid and legally effective commercial license within the Republic of Lebanon and possess a financial number. The company shall submit all official documents proving this, including the commercial circular and commercial register. If the company is subject to or charges Value Added Tax (VAT), it must provide its VAT number and proof of registration with the competent tax authority.
• The quantities listed below are indicative and subject to change based on operational needs during the implementation period, as follows:

1. Approximately 500 daily workers over a 12-month period.
2. Approximately 15 vehicles over a 12-month period.
3. Approximately 5 drivers over a 12-month period
