1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel is looking for a Supplier material for its Tailoring and Accessories courses. The supplier should be able to provide the exact items as per attached “Annex A – Commercial Offer”.

3 – The quotation must include:

The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)

VAT

Prices in USD

Delivery period

Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements to procurement department via email to: purchase@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 05632 - Tailoring and Accessories” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org and procurementdpt@amel.org :

- A signed and stamped quotation using Annex A- Commercial Offer

- The technical and methodological approach for the traing(s)

- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID. if applicable

- Acknowledged Annex C - Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct – English

- Annex D - Vendor Pre-Qualification Form, If Applicable

5 – Payment Terms:

Bank transfer or OMT Payments

6 – Questions/ Request for clarification

7 – Timeframe

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before 25th of Dec 2025

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 3).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
