Job Description:
The Finance & Administration Intern will support the daily work of the finance and admin teams. The intern will assist with basic accounting tasks, record keeping, and general office operations. This position offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in both financial management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn, apply, and support the implementation of COOPI’s administrative and procurement procedures.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers).
Support procurement processes, inventory management, and follow-up on office supplies.
Assist in coordinating meetings and performing general office and administrative tasks.
Ensure proper filing, organization, archiving, and maintenance of documentation.
Translate documents when required.
Support in audit preparation by organizing required documents, ensuring completeness, and assisting the finance team during audit requests.
Qualifications:
Currently studying or recently completed a course in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (accounting software is a plus).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
Allowance:
Monthly Food & transport allowance is 250$
