The project will be implemented in the below-mentioned areas in the North Lebanon and Akkar areas, as specified in the tender documents.

The selected contractor will be responsible for the cost and risks up to the final agreed delivery location. Contractor shall furnish all the necessary materials, tools and equipment, labor, supervision, and other services for the satisfactory and timely completion of the work in accordance with this Contract.
The distribution plan for the provided tools and equipment will be coordinated between arche nova team and the contractor to be distributed to the 61 sites mentioned above.
The service will include the deployment of all appropriate logistics, tools, and equipment for the efficient completion of the delivery of the items, with all required labor work. The service delivery team will work to ensure that all elements are properly delivered.
arche nova field team will oversee the delivery process to ensure the tools delivered adhere to the agreed-upon technical specifications and standards.

Clarifications
Any request for clarification must be submitted by email to Lebanon.procurement@arche-nova.org and Lebanon.procurementassistant@arche-nova.org maximum by 11th of January 2026. All responses to clarifications will be communicated to bidders on 12th January 2026.
Bidders shall apply to supply the tools to the 61 identified backyard gardens in the abovementioned areas.

Response Format
The tender shall consist of original paper copies placed in a sealed, non-identifiable envelope Labelled only Tender Reference:
[AN-ITB-LB-2024-09] – “Procurement and delivery of agriculture tools to 61 backyard gardens in North Lebanon and Akkar”
This envelope will be containing two separate sealed, stamped and/or signed envelopes:
- Technical Proposal: Include all required documents related to technical qualifications and experience, clearly labeled "Technical Proposal."
- Financial Proposal: Include the financial offer “Price BoQ”, clearly labeled "Financial Proposal."

Mandatory Submission Documents
