Rapid Displacement Tracking - Yemen IDP Dashboard | Reporting Period: 14 – 20 December 2025

IOM Yemen DTM’s Rapid Displacement Tracking (RDT) tool collects data on estimated numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis from their locations of origin or displacement, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of estimated numbers, geography, and needs. It also tracks returnees who returned to their location of origin.

From 1 January to 20 December 2025, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 4,371 households (HH) (26,226 Individuals) who experienced displacement at least once.

Between 14 and 20 December 2025, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 185 households (1110 individuals) displaced at least once. The majority of people moved into/within the following governorates and districts:

· Ma’rib (145 HHs) – Marib City (114 HHs), Marib (29 HHs), Harib (2 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Hadramawt.

· Shabwah (26 HHs) – Bayhan (16 HHs), Ataq (8 HHs), Jardan (2 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Al Hodeidah and Taiz.

· Hadramawt (8 HHs) – Al Abr (7 HHs), Wadi Al Ayn (1 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate were internal.

The majority of people moved from the following governorates and districts:

· Hadramawt (133 HHs) – Sayun (66 HHs), Al Qatn (23 HHs), Al Abr (21 HHs) districts.

· Al Hodeidah (12 HHs) – Zabid (5 HHs), Ad Durayhimi (2 HHs), Bayt Al Faqih (2 HHs) districts.

· Ibb (10 HHs) – Hobeish (4 HHs), Badan (4 HHs), Hazm Al Odayn (1 HHs) districts.

IOM identified 88 additional households displaced in the previous reporting period, which covered 07 - 13 December 2025, in the governorates of Marib (58 HHs), Taiz (19 HHs), and Al Hodeidah (11 HHs). These figures have been added to the cumulative displacement total recorded since the beginning of the year.
