About the Program
Beit el Baraka is implementing a capacity-building initiative targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and women-led cooperatives, with the aim of strengthening the personal and professional capacities of skilled workers operating in challenging economic and socio-economic conditions.
As part of this initiative, Beit el Baraka is seeking a Life Coaching Facilitator to deliver interactive coaching sessions that promote resilience, self-confidence, stress management, effective communication, and work–life balance.
Position Summary
The Life Coaching Facilitator will deliver interactive life coaching sessions in Arabic, designed for women and men skilled workers. The sessions will be conducted over two days, with each session lasting 2 to 3 hours, and will be held in Zahle.
The facilitator will work in close coordination with the Beit el Baraka team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver life coaching sessions in Arabic to women and men skilled workers
- Facilitate participatory discussions, group exercises, and practical activities
- Support participants in identifying personal and professional goals
- Address topics such as stress management, motivation, self-confidence, and communication
- Adapt session content to the participants’ context and needs
- Coordinate session logistics with the Beit el Baraka team
- Maintain attendance records and basic session documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Hospitality, Counseling, Community Development, or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in life coaching, facilitation, or training
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive sessions
- Excellent command of spoken Arabic (English is an asset)
Safeguarding & Code of Conduct
Beit el Baraka maintains zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, or discrimination. The selected facilitator will be required to comply with Beit el Baraka’s safeguarding, PSEA, and code of conduct policies.
