About ADJI:
Association Des Jeunes Islamiques ADJI founded in 1981 is a Local non-governmental, humanitarian organization dedicated to inspire and empower people specially people with disabilities to be innovative and independent in order to achieve immediate and lasting positive change in their lives and ensure their inclusion and integration in the communities. ADJI composed of Rahma hospital RH (www.rahmahospital.org ), Rahma Primary Health Care Center RPHCC, Rahma Rehabilitation Center and Rahma for Special needs RSNs (www.rahmaforspecialneeds.org).
ADJI is committed to promote achievement of people with disabilities through education, social, protection, health and rehabilitation services to enable them to reach their full potential. ADJI services ensure that the targeted right holders will be more independent and will enjoy equitable dignified life. On monthly basis ADJI provides services for almost 2000 direct beneficiaries, below are ADJI main activities:
• Promote gender equality and promote human rights.
• Establishment of safe spaces for children with disabilities, people with disabilities, and people
with special needs.
• Raise awareness among about the important of inclusion.
• Promote social stability and ensure community engagement.
• Drive transformation and innovation in care delivery, and empower patients to be more
independent.
• Provide excellent patient preventive cardiac care and advanced physical therapy to in and out-
patients with an attitude that secures comfort, compassion, privacy, and dignity of every patient and family member.
• Promote optimal life-style changes and medical management and prevent the occurrence
and/or progression of cardiovascular disease.
• Reduce the risk of future heart attack or stroke, minimize the need for future surgery, and
improve the quality of life by curtailing symptoms.
• Provide our patients with the appropriate patient education along with a suitable discharge
plan
• Run vocational training classes for children and youth with disabilities.
• Advocate for PwDs rights and conduct campaigns about importance of inclusion
• Provide most vulnerable children with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities, sensory
disabilities, autism, physical and multiple disabilities will be identified, assessed and receive a
comprehensive service package.
1. Purpose
ADJI is seeking qualified, legally registered suppliers to provide assistive devices and rehabilitation aids for its health, rehabilitation, and community-based programs. This Request For Quotations (RFQ) is issued under a Framework Agreement for Procurement, ceiling USD 20,000, and is not linked to a specific project. The estimated total value of this framework agreement is subject to availability of funds and actual needs. The framework agreement may be renewed to an open-ended agreement with ADJI based on needs and services quality.
The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain competitive quotations in a transparent and fair manner.
2. Scope of Supply
Suppliers are requested to provide quotations for the items listed in Annex A Indicative List of Assistive Devices and Rehabilitation Aids.
Key points:
- Quantities are indicative; actual orders may vary.
- Items must meet specifications in the RFQ.
- Delivery is required to Tripoli and Wadi Khaled.
- Suppliers must provide one-year warranty for all items.
- Interested suppliers must request the official Excel quotation file (expression of interest) by sending an email to: rahmaphcc@gmail.com
- The email request must be sent no later than 18/01/2026.
- Only suppliers who request the Excel file by email will be eligible to submit an offer.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Suppliers must provide:
- Legal registration in Lebanon
- VAT (TVA) registration certificate
- Company registration certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supplying assistive devices, rehabilitation, or medical aids
- Capability to deliver on schedule in required locations
Failure to provide any of the above documents may result in disqualification.
4. Submission Requirements
Suppliers must submit:
- Completed and signed RFQ Excel file (sent by email) with prices in USD and delivered to ADJI in a sealed envelope.(Tripoli, Zeitun Abi Samra, Sekkeh Bayda, Rahma Medical Center)
- Technical catalogue for all items, including specifications and manufacturing details.
- Copies of all legal documentation listed in Section 3.
- References from previous clients (NGO or institutional clients).
Submission instructions:
- Submit in a sealed envelope.
- Submission deadline: 22/1/2026
- Late submissions will not be considered.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Technical Evaluation:
- Compliance with technical specifications
- Warranty and after-sales service
- Reference checks and past performance
- Availability of free Delivery
- Availability of Guarantee (12 months)
- Offer validity for at least 30 days
- Ability to show supplies, materials, and qualifications
- Exchange availability
Financial Evaluation:
- Price competitiveness (USD)
- Availability of discount.
- Delivery schedule and capacity to deliver all items
Important: Financial offers will only be reviewed for suppliers who pass the technical evaluation, in accordance with ADJI procurement standards.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery locations: Tripoli and Wadi Khaled
- Delivery timeline: Based on needs per Purchase Orders issued under the Framework Agreement
- All items must be accompanied by technical documentation and warranty certificates
7. Payment Terms
- Payment will be made after delivery, inspection, and acceptance of all items.
- Payments are subject to standard ADJI financial procedures through bank letter, bank check, or bank transfer.
8. Additional Notes
- ADJI reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without obligation.
- Prices must be quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
- Only suppliers who request the RFQ Excel file are eligible to submit.
- This RFQ is issued under the Framework Agreement
