• Support students to help them stay in school and succeed academically.
• Identify students who need extra help and create plans to assist them.
• Keep track of student attendance, participation, and how well they are doing in their classes.
• Create and put into action plans to help students who are having academic or other challenges.
• Work with teachers and staff to arrange services that support students.
• Check to see how well programs to help students are working and suggest ways to make them better.
• Lead activities to make sure students are involved and successful.
• Make sure students feel supported and part of the school community.
• Write reports and give talks about the programs to help students stay in school and how well they are working.
• Plan and prepare lessons and topics to be given to the class on a daily and a weekly basis
• Coordinate with teachers of the same level concerning the daily and weekly plans
• Report the plans to the Social Worker,HOC and the project coordinator
• Deliver the material of the plan on a daily basis to the children
• Maintain class order and organization
• Document children’s attendance
• Report the progress of the children through assessments on a timely basis
• Fill the pre-tests and post-tests assigned by MEHE with the children
• Ensure the safety of the children while being in class
• Submit monthly timesheets to the HOC
• Participate in all relevant meetings and capacity-building programs
• Understand and comply with the Child Protection and ECE Policy
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Daily Observation for the children
• Conducting Quiz with the children

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or any related field.
• Relevant experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and personal skills.
