Social Worker- inpatient rehab fatqa

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document the social and family background of beneficiaries
• Conduct individual and group interventions with families
• Facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational sessions
• Support beneficiaries through trust-building and active presence
• Participate in team meetings, program planning, and center activities
• Submit regular activity reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mental health or addiction
• Fluent in Arabic and French; good command of English
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy, flexibility, and professionalism
