Background:
FSF is looking for a Concept Initiation Expert to conduct a 15-hour workshop followed by one-on-one clinics for 75 startups.

Objective:

The primary objective of the workshop is to introduce students to the process of the Concept Initiation, helping them to generate, develop, and communicate new ideas effectively and apply to the BRIDGE program.

 

Scope of Work:

 

The Concept Initiation Expert will be responsible for:

Conducting a 15-hour interactive workshop for 75 startups.

Facilitating activities and exercises that encourage creative thinking and idea generation.

Sharing real-world examples and case studies to illustrate the application of Concept Initiation techniques.

Engaging with students through Q&A sessions to address their queries and provide personalized guidance.

Short introduction to the fundamentals of customer discovery theory: pain points, assumptions, Jobs-to-be-done, pains and gains.

Teaching them about the persona and how they should recognize their characteristics. And most importantly how do they segment them.

Teaching the startups that Customer Discovery and Experimentation is a recursive process developed to understand the customers’ needs, before proceeding.

Define what they need to validate, how to validate their riskiest assumptions (Qualitatively: customer validation, how to run interviews with the audience, tips on how to formulate questions ...).

Deliverables:

The Concept Initiation Expert is expected to deliver a 15-hour workshop with Presentation and 75 clinics for 75 startups.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

Proven experience in conducting Concept Initiation workshops or training sessions.

Strong knowledge of various Concept Initiation techniques and tools.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Experience working with university students or young adults.

A background in innovation, design thinking, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Payment Terms

Payment will be based on actual training hours delivered

Payment schedule to be defined in the contract, subject to deliverables approval

⚠️ Tax Compliance Note:
In case the selected trainer does not have an MOF registration, a tax deduction of 8.5% will be applied to the total contract value, in accordance with applicable regulations.
