MERL Support intern (Paid internship)

Overview:

World Learning is seeking a motivated and committed MERL Support Interns to join its team. This is a paid internship designed to provide hands-on professional experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Interns will have the opportunity to work both from the office in Sin el Fil and in the field to support MERL activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fieldwork, including interviews, focus group discussions, and observations.
  • Support office tasks, including data entry, data cleaning, data verification, transcription, and coding.
  • Contribute to project implementation and MERL activities as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong interest in gaining practical work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to commit to the agreed working days and hours.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work both in the office and in the field as required

Compensation:

  • Paid internship: USD 30 per working day (1 working day = 8 hours)
  • Working days and hours will be agreed upon with the selected candidate
