- Provide support for reporting systems such - be responsible for completing all donor-required tools, including KOBO forms/barcodes and data entry.
-Responsible to fill out the info desk sheet online requested by CL.
-Welcome walk-in visitors at the CDC, listen to their inquiries and complaints, and refer them to the case management team within the CDC as needed, ensuring on-the-spot linkage when appropriate.
-Address needs and requests in a professional way.
-Report any incident or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others.
- If a referral is identified at the CDC and is not directly referred to the case management team present at the CDC, it should be referred through RAIS.
-Support in the crowd management as needed.
-Adhere to all quality standards and procedures.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
