We design trainings, team building activities, and interactive experiences that connect employers, youth, and communities while addressing real social and economic challenges.
Role overview
We are looking for a creative and hands on innovation fundraiser and experience creator to design and deliver interactive games, events, and learning experiences. The role blends creativity, facilitation, coordination, and social impact, with a strong focus on job creation and innovative fundraising.
This role suits someone who enjoys games and events, plays board games or escape games, is comfortable leading groups of different ages and backgrounds, and genuinely believes in the social mission of Tri-pulley.
Key responsibilities
Experiences and innovation
• Design games, events, and interactive experiences for companies, NGOs, and communities
• Create team building and training activities linked to work skills, inclusion, and social impact
• Adapt experiences to different audiences and age groups
• Test and improve concepts based on feedback
Fundraising and partnerships
• Contribute to fundraising ideas through experiences and events
• Support paid CSR activities and public events
• Help tailor experiences to partner and donor needs
Facilitation and delivery
• Facilitate games, trainings, and events
• Manage group dynamics and learning moments
• Support logistics during activities
Creative and digital tasks
• Create content using Canva and presentations
• Design and manage Google Forms
• Support basic video editing for documentation or social media
• Contribute to fundraising products and activity materials
Field work
• Support on ground activities when needed
• Attend and support events
Profile we are looking for
Required
• Belief in the social mission and values of Tri-pulley
• Interest in games, events, and interactive learning
• Facilitation skills and ease with groups
• Ability to work with different age groups
• Basic computer skills including Canva, Google Forms, and presentations
• Creative and solution oriented mindset
Strong assets
• Experience as a scouts or youth leader
• Experience in team building or event organization
• Artistic skills or experience creating handmade products is a plus
• Having a car and ability to move for activities

• Part time position
