RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
1- Program implementation:
▪ Prepare technical content on Child protection (CP) topics for awareness sessions addressed to children and Caregivers / Parents
▪ Conduct nonspecialized focused Psychosocial activities for children and parents/caregivers
▪ Conduct emotional support and self-care sessions for Caregivers
▪ Use interactive and adapted techniques for the awareness activities
▪ Organize and implement with the team several awareness events based on the program action plan
▪ Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding the awareness activities schedule
▪ Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the Team Leader
▪ Conduct training for CBOs / caregivers and adolescents when needed
▪ Gives his/her input on the content of the awareness activities and the animation techniques used on the field
▪ Complete and submit relevant tools based on the specific type of intervention, ensuring adherence to deadlines and in relevance to the QMS
▪ Fill qualitative and quantitative Data
▪ Monitor and evaluate the work of the caregivers/ adolescents when needed
2- Other activities:
▪ Help in other activities related to the prevention program
▪ Submit monthly report to the team leader
▪ Attend the prevention and admin weekly meetings
▪ Attend all capacity building workshops provided for the prevention team
▪ Provide visibility material to the communication department
▪ Fully support regional manager and HQ
in any task requested
▪ Availability for any urgent/ problematic issues faced by any employee in the working hours or after work for next day plan
▪ Inform the community about himaya’s activities and answer any question related to the organization and the program
3- Miscellaneous:
▪ Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of himaya by effectively communicating information about its activities, projects, mission, values, and history
▪ Adhere to the mission and values of himaya by adopting and conveying its core values and concepts in both personal and professional contexts
▪ Participate in all activities and events organized by himaya (e.g., staff care, Christmas events, end-of-year gatherings)
▪ Respect the Code of Conduct, the Child Protection Safeguarding Policy, the PSEAH Policy, and all internal regulations
