Key Responsibilities
Media & Content Management
- Develop and coordinate media content (photos, videos, written stories, posts) for CVC Charity’s platforms.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent communication aligned with organizational messaging.
- Maintain and update media archives (photos, videos, publications).
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and update social media platforms according to the communications plan.
- Monitor engagement, respond professionally to public inquiries, and escalate sensitive issues.
- Support campaigns, events, and emergency responses with timely media coverage.
Field Coordination & Storytelling
- Coordinate with program teams to document activities and humanitarian impact.
- Ensure informed consent is obtained before collecting or publishing any media content.
- Produce human-interest stories while preserving the dignity, privacy, and safety of beneficiaries.
Branding & Visibility
- Ensure proper use of CVC Charity branding and donor visibility requirements.
- Support production of IEC materials, reports, brochures, and presentations.
Compliance & Safeguarding
- Ensure all media content complies with Safeguarding, Child Protection, PSEA, and Anti-Trafficking policies.
- Avoid harmful stereotypes, exploitation, or misrepresentation of affected populations.
- Report any safeguarding or ethical concerns related to media activities immediately.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with donors, partners, and internal departments on communication requirements.
- Contribute to communication and media reports as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in media, communications, or digital content (NGO experience preferred).
