Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize protection files, case documentation, referrals, and reports.
- Support data entry, filing, and record-keeping in line with confidentiality requirements.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes, activity reports, and internal correspondence.
Case Management & Referrals (Administrative Support Only)
- Support administrative aspects of protection case management under the supervision of the Protection Officer.
- Track referrals and follow up on documentation while respecting confidentiality and data-protection standards.
- Maintain referral tracking tools and case registers as instructed.
Coordination & Logistics
- Support scheduling of protection activities, meetings, and field visits.
- Coordinate with program teams, partners, and service providers for administrative follow-up.
- Assist in preparing procurement requests and logistical arrangements for protection activities.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Ensure safe storage of sensitive information (physical and electronic).
- Adhere strictly to data-protection, confidentiality, and information-sharing protocols.
- Report any data-breach or protection concern immediately to the supervisor.
Reporting & Accountability
- Support compilation of protection statistics and monthly reports.
- Assist in organizing feedback, complaints, and community communication records in coordination with relevant departments.
Safeguarding & Compliance
- Comply with Safeguarding, Child Protection, PSEA, and Anti-Trafficking policies.
- Maintain professional conduct and respectful interaction with beneficiaries at all times.
- Report any safeguarding concerns through the established reporting mechanisms.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of administrative experience (NGO or humanitarian context preferred).
Required Skills & Competencies

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, data systems).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
