Description:
Objective 1: In coordination with center staff and Project
Coordinators/Project Managers, supports in the development of activity plans
for Centre and Community-Based activities;
- In collaboration with the field staff, and relevant technical officers, supports the Outreach Worker(s) and volunteers in identifying the project beneficiaries, setting up waiting lists as necessary and update the map of services provided in the areas;
- Supervision of all center staff, and works closely with the Education Officer to design a timetable of activities in the center, as well as develop a plan for monitoring the quality and impact of those activities;
- Supervises and monitor the collection of child forms (assessment/baseline survey, CPA/CPF and registration form), their placement and follow up tests, attendance record, and other information related to the program activities;
- Organizes regular meetings with the center staff in order to ensure the correct implementation of the program according to the working plan. Works together with the staff to regularly review and update the work plan, when needed;
- Collects the logistic needs of the centers and act accordingly to ensure the center is fully equipped and meets the needs of the program (make procurement requests, check stock, support the delivery of goods to the center etc.);
- Identify, train and support drivers who are providing a daily transportation service for children accessing the center.
- Regularly coordinates with local suppliers and providers to obtain quotes for center materials and help coordinate the daily provision of snacks for children;
- Ensures all HR and administrative procedures are in order relating to the center staff (check the contracts for all personnel working in centers, timesheets, IDs, etc…).
- Actively coordinates between the field, programs and technical teams, to ensure an open flow of information and collaborative approaches to problem-solving;
Objective 2: Oversees the implementation of all program
activities in the area of focus, ensuring that activities are carried out timely and in accordance with TDH and
donor requirements
- Monitors the implementation of education and child protection activities, identifying problems and necessary corrective actions in coordination with the relevant project manager;
- Ensures that all involved staff are aware of targets and activity plans;
- Supports in the recruitment of staff for field positions;
- Acts as the focal point for municipalities, CBO partners in the area of intervention, and national and intentional INGO staff;
- Participates in the recruitment of the team members when required;
- Designs individual yearly/program TOR and objectives for each direct report and follows up throughout the year/ program via formal and informal individual meeting;
- Responsible of the appraisal process for the team.

Reports,
Capitalization and Communication
- Submit monthly reports to the relevant project manager regarding project progress and changes to the local area context;
- Support the center staff in their communication within the local community and stakeholders;
And any other duties seemed relevant
to the position and assigned by your manager.
