Sales and Fund Development Manager

Wingwoman Lebanon is seeking a senior, self-driven Sales & Fund Development Manager to lead revenue generation across sales, grants, and corporate partnerships.

This role combines sales to INGOs/NGOs, grant development and corporate fundraising, and requires someone who can independently manage the full cycle, from research and outreach to negotiations and securing funding commitments, and is currently focused on Lebanon, with the potential to expand to Syria in the future.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales to INGOs & Large NGOs (Procurement)

• Lead sales efforts with INGOs, UN agencies, and large NGOs to secure procurement of reusable menstrual pads and diapers, and sale of WWL’s livelihoods programme as an implemented service.
• Identify procurement opportunities, tenders, and framework agreements.
• Develop and pitch tailored sales proposals aligned with partner needs.
• Negotiate pricing, quantities, timelines, and delivery terms.
• Manage relationships and secure procurement commitments.

2. Grant Writing & Institutional Fundraising 

• Lead grant development in alignment with strategic goals.
• Research and track relevant donors.
• Write high-quality concept notes, proposals, budgets.
• Manage donor communications throughout the application process.

3. Corporate Partnerships & Donations

• Identify and cultivate corporate donors and CSR partners interested in humanitarian response, women’s empowerment, and sustainability.
• Develop partnership proposals including product donations, financial contributions, and co-branded campaigns.
• Manage outreach to regional and international companies.
• Secure corporate funding commitments.

4. Pipeline & Relationship Management

• Build and manage a funding and sales pipeline, tracking leads, meetings, proposals, and commitments.
• Independently research new markets, donors, and partners.
• Represent WWL in external meetings, pitches, and events.
• Contribute to overall revenue strategy and growth planning.

Required Profile

Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience 
• Proven track record of securing funding commitments or sales contracts
• Strong understanding of the humanitarian and development ecosystem
• Excellent proposal writing, pitching, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing multiple funding streams simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Able to take initiative, identify opportunities, and close deals
• Excellent written and spoken English required
• Arabic strongly preferred; French is an asset.
