Content Creator (Framework Contract – 1 Year)

Background

Nusaned is a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through sustainable development, humanitarian assistance, and social impact programs. To strengthen its communication, visibility, and documentation efforts, Nusaned seeks to contract a Content Creator under a one-year service agreement.

The selected content creator will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content (video and photography) that documents Nusaned’s activities, impact, and stories throughout the year. 

Objective of the Assignment

The objective of this assignment is to:

Document Nusaned’s programs, activities, and impact through professional visual content.

Produce communication materials for:

External communication and donors

Internal and Nusaned-only use

Some of the produced content will be used for donor reporting and external communication, while others will be exclusively for Nusaned’s internal and institutional use.

Scope of Work

The selected content creator will:

Plan, shoot, and deliver visual content covering Nusaned’s activities throughout the year.

Coordinate with Nusaned’s team on content priorities and shooting schedules.

Provide:

24 edited videos over the year

16 one-minute videos including testimonials, activity implementation, or closing event.

8 two and a half to three minutes videos end of project recap.

Approximately 1,000 edited photos over the year

Ensure all content meets professional quality standards and aligns with Nusaned’s branding and communication guidelines.

Protect, archive, and deliver all final and raw files to Nusaned.

Deliverables

Over the duration of the one-year contract, the content creator will deliver:

✅ 24 professionally edited videos (details above)

✅ Approximately 1,000 professionally edited photos

✅ All content categorized and delivered according to Nusaned’s needs

✅ A mix of:

Content for external communication and donors

Content for internal and Nusaned-exclusive use

Duration of the Contract

The contract duration is 12 months from the date of signature.

Shooting Days

The number of shooting days is not predetermined.

Applicants are required to:

Propose a recommended number of shooting days and

Explain their approach and methodology to ensure delivery of the required outputs.

Ownership and Usage Rights

All produced content (videos, photos, raw files, edited files) will be the exclusive property of Nusaned.

Nusaned will have full rights to use the content for:

Communication and Donor Reporting

Social Media and Website

Publications, and Internal/External media Usage

Profile of the Content Creator

Applicants should demonstrate:

Proven experience in:

Videography

Photography

Editing

Experience working with NGOs, humanitarian, or development organizations is an asset.

Ability to work in the field and in diverse environments.

Access to professional equipment.

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

The content creator will work closely with Nusaned’s designated focal point/s.

A content plan and priorities will be agreed on periodically.
